We’re delighted to welcome Marcus Wallman as a Special Counsel working in our Corporate & Commercial Team.
Marcus brings over 22 years’ experience gained in London, Los Angeles and Dubai as well as more recent experience working in private practice in Adelaide. He has advised on major infrastructure projects for the South Australian state government, complex cross border M&A transactions, joint venture arrangements, cross-border distribution arrangements, venture capital investments and corporate structuring matters involving a range of industries including transport, health, education, automotive, hospitality and FMCG and will make a valuable addition to our team.
