NW Credit Management Joins LGA Procurement's Debt Collection Services Panel

Norman Waterhouse Lawyers has been providing legal and debt recovery services to South Australian Councils for over 100 years. As a natural extension of our services, we have introduced NW Credit Management, a holistic and formalised debt recovery service offering exclusively for Local Government.

We are thrilled to announce the inclusion of NW Credit Management on the Local Government Association Procurement’s Debt Collection Services Panel. Through this arrangement, NW Credit Management will efficiently provide South Australian Councils and other Local Government entities with cost effective solutions, focusing on preserving the positive relationship between individual Councils and residents.

Given our established history, we are able to provide a full suite of debt collection services. Our longstanding relationship with Local Government provides us with a prior understanding of how Councils operate and the sensitivities that they face. We are in a unique position to draw on our considerable experience in debt collection within Norman Waterhouse and filter this through to NW Credit Management.
