2019 Human Resources Master Class
On Friday 1 November, our interactive Human Resources Master Class took place at the Peppers Waymouth Hotel.
To start the day, we examined the intertwining and evolving boundaries between employee social media content and how to manage issues when it impacts on the workplace. Following this, our team discussed the best way to manage senior staff misconduct and we explored how to effectively manage these complex, sensitive and stressful issues.
