Michael is a Partner in the firm’s Property, Infrastructure and Development team. He has extensive experience in all types of property, finance and general commercial transactions, acting for both institutional and private clients.
About Michael
Michael's experience includes negotiating acquisitions, disposals and leasing of commercial property, undertaking due diligence investigations in relation to all types of property transactions including multi-storey office towers, shopping centres and other land based transactions.
He has also advised on financing issues in relation to these types of transactions and been involved in the negotiation and preparation of various multi-party agreements and other security documentation required to give effect to complex land based transactions.
Michael also has extensive knowledge of Lands Titles Office practice and procedures in relation to land transfers, easements, plans of division and community plans of division.
